Welcome to Fly-in Aviation Academy. By enrolling in any course offered through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Course Access and Delivery

1.1 Upon successful payment and enrollment, course access details and class links will be provided within 24 hours.

1.2 If you experience any delay or have any questions regarding course access, please contact us through the official communication channels provided by Fly-in Aviation Academy.

1.3 Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Students may view the course content multiple times during the access period.

2. Fees, Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

2.1 All course fees paid to Fly-in Aviation Academy are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2.2 Once enrollment is completed and course access is provided, no refund requests will be entertained, regardless of attendance, participation, personal circumstances, technical issues on the student’s side, change of mind, or any other reason.

2.3 Course enrollment cannot be transferred to another person, batch, course, or future session.

2.4 Fly-in Aviation Academy does not provide any job guarantee, job assurance, placement guarantee, or employment commitment upon completion of any course.

2.5 Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in suspension or termination of access to course services and may attract additional charges as determined by the Academy.

3. Batch and Admission Policies

3.1 Batch transfers are generally not permitted. Any exception shall be solely at the discretion of Fly-in Aviation Academy and may be subject to additional administrative or transfer fees.

3.2 The Academy reserves the right to request any documents, certificates, identification proofs, or supporting records before, during, or after admission.

3.3 Students certify that all information and documents submitted are true, genuine, and accurate.

3.4 If any submitted document or information is found to be false, misleading, forged, or fraudulent, the Academy reserves the right to cancel admission immediately without refund and may initiate legal action where applicable.

3.5 The Academy may cancel admission if a student fails to submit required documents or comply with admission requirements.

4. Additional Charges

4.1 The Academy may charge additional fees for services such as re-examinations, backlog classes, certification processes, administrative requests, or other academic services, as determined from time to time.

5. Student Responsibilities

5.1 Students are responsible for regularly checking official communications, notices, announcements, and updates published on the Academy’s website, student portal, or notice boards.

5.2 The Academy shall not be responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or misunderstanding resulting from a student’s failure to review such communications.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Fly-in Aviation Academy is an educational and training institution. Enrollment in any course does not guarantee employment, internship opportunities, salary outcomes, promotions, career advancement, airline placement, or aviation job opportunities.

6.2 The Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its courses, services, or educational materials.

7. Amendments

7.1 Fly-in Aviation Academy reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Continued use of the Academy’s services after any modification shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

8. Acceptance

By enrolling in any course and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the strict policy that all course fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
